Gross market borrowing seen at 5.97 trln rupees in 2014/15
NEW DELHI (Reuters) - India's Finance Minister P. Chidambaram forecast that the country's gross market borrowing would be 5.97 trillion rupees 2014/15, on the lower end of market expectations.
Chidambaram was presenting an interim budget to tide public finances over until a new government is formed after elections due by May.
