Realty stocks jump after SEBI approves REITs

Reuters Market Eye - Realty stocks gain after market regulator gives final approval to establishment of REITs. The move will help the sector in reducing the high levels of debt in the sector, analysts say.

DLF Ltd gains 3.5 percent, Prestige Estates Projects Ltd is up 2.9 percent while Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd jumps 3.8 percent.
