Alstom Gets Hazira Contract

Alstom Power, formerly ABB Alstom Power, will deliver 2x58 mw gas turbine, two heat recovery steam generators, electrical equipment, instrumentation and control system, all balance of plant equipment as well as the high voltage switchyard. According to a press release issued here, Alstom has a strong Indian presence in the power transmission and distribution and transport sectors.
