Bhansali, who was re-arrested along with his wife Manjula here on Wednesday and remanded to custody till February 27, and four others have been charged by the CBI for causing a loss of Rs 2.44 crore to Bank of Baroda in sanctioning of interest payable at par facility to CRB Capital Markets Limited.
