J & K Seeks Assistance

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah yesteday urged the Planning Commission for liberal assistance to rebuild the damaged health infrastructure during the eight-year of militancy.

He said education and health being the two key sectors needed massive funding.
