Sartorius Group Takes Over Global Weighing India

Global Weighing India Pvt. Ltd., part of Global Weighing Technologies GmbH, has been taken over by another German company Sartorius as part of a global acquisition. The acquisition of Global Weighing India, a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Weighing Technologies, has been approved by Foreign Investment Promotion Board last month, the company's managing director Hemant Karandikar said.
