Ti Acquires Eis

British engineering company TI Group Plc unveiled a 267 million pound acquisition of aircraft engineer EIS Group Plc on Tuesday, a further step in efforts to bolster growth through bolt-on buys. TI bosses said the deal would help drive forward earnings growth towards the "low double digits" and said the EIS businesses had much potential for margin and efficiency gains. Under the terms of acqu-isition, TI will pay 505 pence per share for EIS.
