Investors at a seminar here appreciated Indias sustained efforts to bring in foreign capital and especially showed interest in the infrastructure and energy sectors. More than 150 top financial experts from over 50 leading companies heard Indian officials explain what the country had done and was doing to encourage foreign investment in the sectors which for over 40 years were reserved solely for the public sector.
