Nurul Hasan Sohan tried to be her, almost was, but Bangladesh should have done better with all 10 wickets left and only 85 needed off the last nine overs. it was just above nine, the required run rate and still, they kept losing wickets, in fact, lost six in just 36 runs, before the seventh wicket partnership between Nurul Hasan Sohan and Taskin Ahmed got the match to the last ball where 7 runs were needed off it and only one came.

Since the rains first hit the ground, 40 minutes have been lost and overs will be cut now. As per ICC after the half-hour stoppage, overs start getting reduced. Since it's still raining and on considering that it stops in the next five minutes and groundsmen clear it all in the next 15 minutes, a total of one hour would be lost and in that case, five overs will be lost too. Then it will turn into a 15-over game and because Bangladesh have not lost a wicket, according to the DLS, they would need 122 to win. This would mean that they would need only 56 in the next 8 overs with 10 wickets in hand.
