Rajat Patidar was rightly declared player of the match for his amazing innings of 112* off just 54 balls. He was striking at more than 200 and hit 12 fours and seven sixes in that marathon knock which lasted from the first over till the last over of the RCB innings. His was the knock that set up the victory for the team and mattered a lot in the end given that no other RCB player even crossed the 40 run mark with the bat
