Don't want to miss the best from Business Standard?

Have you ever craved a burger from a popular eatery in town but got over it since it didn't deliver in your area? Or pulled your hair out over finding an electrician at an odd hour? Or maybe wished to satiate your midnight food cravings? Goodservice fulfils all these and more.

An invite-only app for now, Goodservice promises to find the best possible solution for your query. The app has the simplest user interface till date. Once you use the invite code and log in, you need to fill your name and phone number. And you're good to go. For your queries, you just need to open the chat window and type in what you need. The app's unique selling point is the replacement of automated bots by people. The user chats with a person in real-time and thus prevents the app from misunderstanding and not finding relevant solutions.

Say, you want to order a cheesecake. You just have to type in your request in the chat window and a member from the customer team would reply and give you recommendations. Once you've finalised the order, they would tell you the approximate amount you have to pay (the order plus a very nominal delivery fee) and the estimated time of delivery. The customer team has a database from which they choose the most relevant service. In case, the database doesn't match your query, Goodservice will search externally and try to fulfill your request. They also make sure to provide you with more than one option. The app lets you ask about pricing or any other information you need about a certain product or service and only charges you for delivery.

The best part about Goodservice is that there is no restriction on the number of requests or their complexity. The app came through every time we used it. As foodies, we can say this app is a godsend.

Goodservice is a useful and unique concept which replaces the need to 'Google' a particular service or product. The app can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. One has to search for @goodservice to download it.

As of now, the mode of payment is cash but they will soon be tying up with Paytm for more payment options. Once the app is downloaded, you can email them for an invite code and they will furnish you with the same.
