| As part of the tie-up, Accel Animation, engaged in 3D animation and visual effects development, will produce 133 episodes of Thirukkural-based stories and the same will be distributed by LongTale to global audiences. |

| The Thirukkural, written by Thiruvalluvar, is a masterpiece of Tamil literature written in the form of couplets (two line poems) expounding various aspects of life. It contains 1,330 couplets, divided into 133 chapters of 10 couplets each. |

| The two companies will also develop and co-produce an English language animation feature film 'Cityzens' in association with Los Angeles-based Netrikan Entertainment. Omar Kaczmarczyk, managing director of LongTale, will be the executive producer of this film. |
