| Available for all Airtel subscribers, this service will basically enable users to download a ringtone or a 'Hello Tune' by visiting any of the one lakh retail outlets across India (20,000 in Andhra Pradesh). |

| Addressing the media on Thursday, T Elango, chief executive officer, Bharti Tele-Ventures Limited, Andhra Pradesh, said that this service will ensure that language does not play a barrier in downloading songs as ringtones or Hello Tunes, as a customer will just have to visit the outlet, choose his song and ask the retailer to download it for him. Airtel Easy Music provides a bank of over 18,000 songs in 20 Indian languages. |

| Value added services (VAS), at present, contribute to around 16 per cent of the company's revenues. |
