BSNL launches 3G, internet data services in Raipur

State-run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) launched its 3G mobile and high speed wireless internet services (data services) in the state capital of Chhattisgarh. “Initially, the service would be available in Raipur city limits and will be later expanded to the other cities across the state,” chief general manager of BSNL Chhattisgarh circle Ramyagya said. The 3G mobile and data service would be available to all BSNL postpaid and prepaid 2G subscribers in Raipur city. “BSNL will do its best to provide uninterrupted 3G Mobile and data services to its subscriber in the telecom circle,” Ramyagya added. Migrated customers can experience video calling, high speed internet, mobile TV among other services, at 3G charges while retaining their 2G Voice Plan. “The BSNL subscriber can enjoy local and STD Video call just at 30 paisa per minute with our 3G services,” Ramyagya said.
