CRV Consultants renamed Mind Group

CRV Consultants, a recruitment solutions provider, on Tuesday started operating under a new identity called Mind Group.

The Mind Group has rolled out its operations through three group companies, Mind Search, Mind Select (formerly CRV Consultants Pvt Limited) and Open Minds. The group which has revenues worth Rs 75 lakh plans to grow by 50 per cent by next year.

For this the company plans to expand into the bio-technology and finance segment. It also plans to expand its operations to Hongkong and subsequently enter the Chinese market.

"China has a huge manufacturing base and more and more businesses want to concentrate on their core competence," said B R Sheaker, managing director, Mind Group.

Sheaker said that with more and more companies including IT services companies planning to increase their headcounts, the company sees a great future for itself.

"Now MNCs are setting up development centres and need more work force," said Jennifer Hill, chairman, Mind Group. With India, China, Brazil and Eastern Europe becoming the major outsourcing hubs the company sees a large role for itself to play.

"With the globalisation of human resources nationality has ceased to be a hindrance and it is expertise in the domain of operation that is looked for", said Jennifer.
