| The location and investment for the second facility have not been decided yet. Headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, eGain has operating presences in 18 countries and serves over 850 enterprise customers including Vodafone, Orange, AT&T, ABN-AMRO, Barclays, HSBC, Dell and Charles Schwab. | |
