ExlService Holdings, a leading provider of outsourcing and transformation services, is scouting for acquisitions in the US. The company’s outsourcing services include a full spectrum of BPO services from offshore delivery centers that require ongoing process management skills. It is now looking to make acquisitions that will help the company grow competency in the insurance sector.

ExlService President and CEO Rohit Kapoor said: “We have about $120 million (Rs 540 crore) cash, and are looking for strategic acquisitions that will help us expand our delivery capability in the insurance sector and allied financial services firms. We have identified some outfits in the US that would cost us $20-70 million (Rs 90-300 crore) in an all-cash deal.”
