The process of allocating space in Athulya, the newly set up information technology building at Infopark Kochi, will commence from April this year.
Situated on 7.1 acres, Athulya has a total built-up area of 550,000 square feet and can house a software development block (with an area of 350,000 sft), cafeteria and a multi-level car parking facility. The total seating capacity of the building is 4,000.
“We have already received interests from well-known IT/ITeS companies,” said Ajay Kumar, principal secretary, IT department.
The department has already announced pre-launch offers for space allocation at Rs 25 per square feet and expects the entire space to be sold out soon.
Athulya will also have facilities like incubation centres and training rooms, a direct four-lane connectivity road and 10 elevators. The multi-level parking can accommodate 111 cars, Kumar said.
