| "In the current scheme of things, recruiters search by over 15 parameters which are marked by fields. However, we learned from our research that over 80 per cent of the searches done by recruiters are dictated by keywords. This insight was the genesis of Magic Search, which was nothing but a simple keyword text box where the recruiter can type anything to get the most accurate resume results," Vikas Agrawal, vice- president (technology), Monster India, said. |
| The product was entirely developed in-house in India and took just 60 days to define and build, Agrawal stated in a press release here on Thursday. |
