| The present expansion is in line with Motif's growth strategy to increase its business by maintaining its preferred vendor status with current clients, supported by high quality, innovation and reduced risk of operations. |

| John Coker, chief executive officer of Motif, said, "Our new office in Manila will provide 'true' global delivery and access to a diverse talent pool for our current and future clients." |

| The company's expertise in knowledge-based transaction processing and customer support services, and its new US business development initiatives, helped the firm add new clients this quarter, a company release said. Motif is based in Morristown, NJ, with its centres in Ahmedabad, India, and Manila, Philippines. |

| Along with its expansion to Philippines, the company has expanded its 401(k) plan administration services portfolio to a national third-party administrator in New York City, loan-processing services for a mid-sized mortgage banker in the state of New York; and also its personalised e-mail response services to two e-commerce companies in California. |
