NIIT Technologies will buy 100% stake in Softec GmbH, a German company providing IT solutions and services in airlines revenue accounting. NIIT did not disclose the value of the deal.According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, the company has signed a Share Purchase Agreement with the shareholders of Softec GmbH for acquiring 100% of share capital. Softec GmbH has a major market share of about 40 small to medium airlines within Europe, Africa and Asia.
