PIE Software Private Limited, a subsidiary of Australia-based PIE Software, has introduced a new service -- Key Rescue -- in association with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited and India Post.
Under this service, a key rescue tag with a unique identification number is provided to the customers. The rescue tag can be attached to the key chain. “The lost key chain can be dropped in a post box. The key would be delivered to its owner with the help of this unique ID number,” he said.
PIE Software has tied up with India Post for free delivery of the lost key chains, he added. The company plans to introduce RFID (radio frequency identification) devise tag for cell phones and cameras too, he said.
