360 ONE WAM allots 1.47 lakh equity shares under ESOS

360 ONE WAM has allotted 1,47,478 equity shares under ESOS on 20 March 2025. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 39,29,26,461/- comprising of 39,29,26,461 equity shares of Re. 1/- each, to Rs. 39,30,73,939/- comprising of 39,30,73,939 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
