Aurobindo Pharma acquires 80% stake in Tergene Biotech

Aurobindo Pharma has completed the acquisition of 80% stake in Tergene Biotech, a step-down subsidiary of the company and also a joint venture company, held by Auro Vaccines, a wholly owned stepdown subsidiary of the company. With this, with effect from 26 February 2025, Tergene has become a direct subsidiary of the company.
