Cipla announced incorporation of subsidiary - CiplaRna GmbH' in Germany
Cipla announced that Cipla (EU), UK, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary named CiplaRna GmbH' in Germany, effective 28 May 2025.
CiplaRna has been incorporated with the objective of establishing a laboratory for mRNA-based formulation and drug development support.
