Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals has allotted 41,796 equity shares under ESOP on 09 February 2024. With this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 1,28,03,89,690 divided into 64,01,94,845 number of equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 1,28,04,73,282 divided into 64,02,36,641 number of equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
