Hemisphere Properties India announces cessation of director

Hemisphere Properties India announced that in terms of Order dated 2 November, 2021 of Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Government of India, Dr. Sunita Chandra ceased to hold the position of Independent Director of the Company upon completion of term of appointment of three years on 28 November 2024.
