ITC allots 11.19 lakh ordinary shares under ESOS

ITC has allotted 11,19,510 ordinary shares of Re 1/- each, upon exercise of 1,11,951 options by optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.

Consequently, with effect from 15 November, 2024, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 1251,08,11,851/- divided into 1251,08,11,851 ordinary shares of Re 1/- each.
