Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services allots NCDs aggregating Rs 750 cr

On private placement basis

Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services has allotted 75,000 Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable Non-convertible Debentures with the face value of Rs. 1,00,000 per debenture issued at par at a coupon of 7.8863% p.a. for a tenor of 3 years & 85 days from the date of allotment on private placement basis to the identified investors.
