TVS Supply Chain Solutions has allotted 18,670 equity shares under ESOP on 06 June 2024. Post allotment, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 44,02,31,130/- comprising of 44,02,31,130 equity shares of Re 1/- each, fully paid-up to Rs 44,02,49,800/- comprising of 44,02,49,800 equity shares of Re 1/- each.
