Stock Market LIVE Updates: Nifty 50 closed the weekly expiry on a mildly bearish note, spending most of the day oscillating around the 25,900–25,850 support zone. Selling pressure remained consistent from the morning, once again rejecting the 26,010–26,100 resistance band. Despite the intraday weakness, every dip continued to attract fresh buying interest, indicating that the underlying structure is not breaking down. A decisive breakout above 26,100 is still the key trigger for the next leg toward 26,250–26,350.

Stock Market LIVE Updates: Since 2015, nearly three-fourths of all initial public offering (IPO) proceeds — Rs 4.73 trillion — have comprised offer-for-sale (OFS), while only Rs 2.44 trillion has been raised through fresh issuance, according to data from Prime Database.

 

The OFS components in this year have dropped to their lowest level in two years. Of the Rs 1.53 trillion raised through IPOs in calendar year 2025, 63 per cent — or Rs 95,827 crore — has come from OFS, according to data from Prime Database. Companies have mobilised Rs 56,796 crore through the sale of fresh shares. By comparison, the OFS share had dipped to 58 per cent in 2023, which was the lowest since 2015. READ MORE

Stock Market LIVE Updates: Amazon is preparing to raise about $12 billion through a corporate bond sale, its first US dollar offering in nearly three years, as major technology companies boost spending to support fast-growing artificial intelligence (AI) needs, Bloomberg reported.

 

The company filed for a six-part bond issue earlier in the day, according to a regulatory filing that did not specify the total size.

 

As AI usage accelerates, tech giants are increasingly turning to large bond sales to finance infrastructure projects that require tens of billions of dollars.

 

For the longest portion of Amazon’s offering, a 40-year bond, initial price talks suggest a premium of roughly 1.15 percentage points above US Treasuries, Bloomberg reported. READ MORE

Stock Market LIVE Updates: Shares of Max Healthcare Institute Ltd. rose over 2 per cent on Tuesday as analysts remained constructive after the company reported a 74 per cent jump in its September quarter profit. 

 

The hospital's stock rose as much as 2.05 per cent during the day to ₹1,144.6 per share, the biggest intraday rise since November 12 this year. The stock pared gains to trade 0.2 per cent higher at ₹1,123 apiece, compared to a 0.34 per cent decline in Nifty 50 as of 10:58 AM. 

 

Shares of the company rose for the third straight session and currently trade at 1.9 times the average 30-day trading volume, according to Bloomberg.
