Varanasi (UP), May 18 (ANI): Devotees gathered to celebrate Buddha Purnima in Sarnath temple in Varanasi. Buddha Purnima marks the birth of Lord Buddha. Special prayers and sermons are being performed by devotees. Sarnath is considered to be the place where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon. The festival is celebrated across India with great fervour.
