Srinagar (JandK), Nov 19 (ANI): Kashmir Divisional Commissioner Baseer Khan on Jammu and Kashmir's situation said that it is improving every passing day. "Traffic flow has increased, trade and business improved. Power transmission lines that were damaged in heavy snowfall have almost been restored barring couple of areas," Khan added.
