French President Emmanuel Macron arrived in Hanoi on May 25, aiming to strengthen France’s influence in its former colony. However, just before disembarking, a curious moment was caught on camera. As the door of the presidential jet opened, Macron appeared briefly at the threshold when a hand suddenly emerged from the side and pushed his face away. Though visibly startled, Macron quickly regained composure and waved. The individual responsible remained out of sight, obscured by the plane's frame. Moments later, Macron and his wife Brigitte, dressed in red, exited the aircraft and were greeted by Vietnamese officials. The visit is part of Macron’s Southeast Asia tour, which also includes stops in Indonesia and Singapore.
