Camlin Fine Sciences to set up a JV in US
The company will manufacture and trade antioxidants, food ingredients, blends, formulations etc in US and Canadian markets through this venture
Camlin Fine Sciences Ltd, a manufacturer of bulk drugs, fine chemicals and food grade products, is reportedly looking to set up a joint venture in the US for setting up manufacturing and trading activity in North America. “The Board of Directors of the company has approved setting up a joint venture in USA for undertaking manufacturing, trading and distribution of antioxidants, food ingredients, blends, formulations etc in US and Canadian markets,” said Camlin Fine Sciences in a BSE filing on August 5, 2015.
Camlin, with its business interest in art & stationery material and fine chemicals, de-merged its fine chemical division into a separate company named as Camlin Fine Sciences (CFS) Limited in 2006.
