B K Modi, chairman, Spice Global, is known for his flamboyance and also his penchant for the number 13. It is no wonder then that the licence plate of each of his cars - among them the gleaming Rolls Royces in Delhi and Singapore, or the cola and the yellow Bentleys in London and Delhi respectively - flaunts it. Not one to believe in supersitions surrounding 13, Modi feels the number in Hindi, terah, means it's all God's (tera or "yours").
