Aircel moves TDSAT on liquidated damages

Aircel on Monday requested the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal to direct the government to either refund Rs 75 crore, that the department of telecommunication had charged for delay in roll-out of services, or adjust the same into licence fee to be paid by the operator.
