Bharti Airtel, today formed a joint venture (JV) with public sector fertiliser maker Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (Iffco) to provide telecom products and services to farmers in rural areas.

</p><p class='TableClas'>Bharti Group Chairman, Sunil Mittal, said Airtel will become the top rural telecom brand in 2-3 years and the joint venture will harness the power of telecom to add value to the farm sector.</P></p></table>
