Amrutanjan sells TN facility to LIC at Rs 110 cr

Amrutanjan Ltd has sold the lands and buildings situated at Egattur, Tamil Nadu, to Life Insurance Corporation of India for a total consideration of Rs 110 crore. This sale will attract capital gains tax as applicable as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
