Bajoria Consolidates Bombay Dyeing Stake

Jute baron Arun Kumar Bajoria consolidated his over 5 per cent holding in Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company by transferring shares from other entities in which they were parked to Mega Resources Ltd, his principal investment firm.

Bombay Dyeing sources said the shares could have been held by Bajoria associates following the Sebi ban on him last year, which he is now transferring.
