Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL), the country's largest power equipment manufacturer has bagged a Rs 506 crore contract for upgradation of  12 onshore Drilling rigs and supply of new rig equipment from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), the country's largest oil exploration and production company.
