CAT stays CCI order

The Competition Appellate Tribunal has stayed an order by the Competition Commission of India (CCI) that asked for probing a supply agreement between steel firm SAIL and the Railways. The order was issued on a complaint filed by Jindal Steel and Power Ltd.
