CERA Sanitaryware posts 24% rise in Q3 net profit

The earnings per share worked out to be Rs15.46 compared to Rs 12.77 in Q3FY15

Ahmedabad-based Cera Sanitaryware posted a 24.44 per cent rise in its net profit for the third quarter ended December 31, 2015 of the current fiscal 2015-16. As against a net profit of Rs 16.16 crore for Q3 of fiscal 2014-15, Cera Sanitaryware saw the same rise to Rs 20.11 crore for Q3 of fiscal 2015-16.

In its BSE filing, the company announced its unaudited financial results for Q3 wherein Cera Sanitaryware registered a 11.58 per cent growth in total income. The company earned a total income of Rs 233.53 crore for the October-December quarter of the current fiscal as compared to Rs 209.30 crore in Q3 during 2014-15.

 

On the other hand, Cera Sanitaryware recorded an EBIDTA of Rs 37.38 crore in October-December this year compared to Rs 31.15 crore in Q3 during 2014-15. The earnings per share (basic and diluted) during October-December, 2015-16 worked out to be Rs.15.46 compared to Rs 12.77 for October-December 2014-15.
