Chennai Breweries-UB share swap ratio

United Spirits (USL) today said the shareholders of Chennai Breweries (CBPL) will get 17 fully paid shares of United Breweries (UBL) of Re 1 each for every 30 fully paid shares of CBPL of Rs 10 each as per the scheme of amalgamation between CBPL and UBL.

United Spirits today said the CBPL's meeting has aproved the amalgamation of the CBPL, a wholly owned subsidiary USL, into UBL.
