The battle between two giants of the Indian energy sector, state-owned miner Coal India Ltd (CIL) and power generator NTPC Ltd, does not seem to be ending. After slugging it out over the issue of trigger level for supply in the new Fuel Supply Agreements (FSAs), the two companies have now entered into a bitter blame game over Merry-Go-Round (MGR), a mode of dispatch.
