Dalmia group eyes diagnostics foray

Sanjay Dalmia-led Dalmia Biz is set to enter the diagnostics sector. It plans to partner with 50,000 labs and go pan-India in the next two years, Sanjay Dalmia, chairman, told Business Standard.

"I don't have the patience to wait for ten years. I want this business to go pan India in the next two years or so," said Dalmia.

Dalmia Biz plans to list in the stock exchange in the next three years. The company wants to bring small diagnostic centres under the Dalmia banner without owning the facilities.
