Era Infra Engineering Ltd (EIEL) has bagged a contract worth Rs 42.35 crore from the Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd (DSIIDC) for constructing industrial worker houses at the Narela Industrial Complex.
The company will construct 1,892 Type 1 and Type 2 dwelling units and single room dormitories.
T D Arora, head, Construction and Contracts Division at the company said, “This is our yet another project for DSIIDC. The assignment acquired from DSIIDC re-emphasises our credibility with them. It is also a matter of pride for us to cater to the nation’s demand for quality homes at economical prices without comprising upon our laid quality standards”.
At 1.25 PM, the company’s share was trading at Rs 474, down 0.41 per cent from the previous close.
