Fame India director Vishal Nevatia resigns

Multiplex chain operator Fame India today said Vishal Nevatia has resigned from the directorship of the company with immediate effect.

The board of directors vide a resolution dated August 12, have taken on record the resignation of Nevatia from the directorship of the company with immediate effect, Fame India said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
