Firstobject Tech to acquire Pre-School

Firstobject Technologies today said that it going to acquire Pre-School, an e-learning company.

Firstobject Technologies has identified Pre-School, which has franchisees with various kindergarten schools and provides the pre-school content to various schools.

The company has signed an in-principle term sheet with the company for acquisition of the company and initiated legal and financial due-diligence.

At Bombay Stock Exchange the shares of the company was trading at Rs 29.10 up 5.43 per cent at 12:36 pm.
