IT services provider Four Soft has bagged a contract for deployment of its global customer compliance solution from Unifo Solutions for an undisclosed amount, which will help the freight and logistics software solutions provider reduce costs and increase efficiency.
The contract will see Unifo Solutions deploy Four Soft's solution to facilitate simpler and more effective processing of export declarations, Four Soft said in a filing to the BSE.
However, the company did not disclose the deal size.
"We are confident that this new solution will generate more opportunities and improve service levels of our global customers," Unifo Solutions Director U V Krishna Kumar said.
Chennai-based Unifo Solutions is an IT solution firm catering to the freight and logistic industry.
Shares of Four Soft were trading at Rs 9.90 on the BSE, up 4.2% from their previous close.
